TechAsERP License for Software v1.0

This software and the associated files (the "Software") can only be used (executed) through the endorsement of a contract or formal document of use issued by TechAsERP or its respective authorized representatives, under the specific conditions of the agreed contract.

With a valid Association Agreement with TechAsERP, permits and use (execution) contracts can be issued by the associate.

Modifying the Software or part of it without written permission is prohibited.

It is prohibited to copy part or all of the source code of the Software, whether for personal, commercial or free distribution use.

Posting, distributing, sublicense or selling copies of the Software or modified copies of the Software is prohibited.

The above copyright notice and this permission notice must be included on all copies or substantial portions of the Software.
